MetaMatrix Enterprise Data Services Platform Supported Configurations

The MetaMatrix Enterprise Data Services Platform can be deployed on a variety of popular Operating Systems and Java Virtual Machines (JVMs). MetaMatrix supports integrating data from diverse data stores. Below you will find the combinations that are supported for current product versions. Note that the platform also requires an underlying Database Server to operate; again a variety of widely deployed databases are supported.

Supported OS and JVM Configurations

Supported Configurations include the operating systems and JVM versions from the tables below. The configurations are segmented according to the requirements of the MetaMatrix Server, the MetaMatrix Designer modeling tool, the supported underlying repository databases, and the supported data sources. Red Hat will provide both production and development support for these configurations (according to your corresponding subscription agreement). Red Hat relies on the testing and certification process of the underlying JVM for platform compatibility.

MetaMatrix Server Configurations including MetaMatrix Console:

Operating System Chip Architecture Java Virtual Machine(s)
Red Hat Enterprise Linux v4.5, v5 x86, x86_64 Sun JDK 1.5.0_11
